This Privacy Policy explains how Medusa Modeling (“Medusa”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you apply to join Medusa as a content creator. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that your data will be handled as described here.

We collect the following information when you apply:

• First name
• Age (you must be at least 18)
• Country (inferred from your contact details)
• Contact details, including your WhatsApp number and Telegram username
• Instagram username
• Submitted photos of yourself
• Application answers, including comfort with creating content, account status, number of accounts, and experience level
• Video engagement data, such as how much of the introduction video (VSL) you watched

We use the information you provide to:

• Review applications and assess suitability
• Contact applicants about their application
• Manage recruitment and onboarding
• Operate the internal application dashboard
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and duplicate submissions

We rely on trusted service providers to process data on our behalf. These may include website and cloud hosting providers, and Meta and WhatsApp when we message applicants. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent when you submit an application, and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a collaboration. Where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (such as preventing abuse or operating recruitment), we rely on that basis. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We keep your application information only for as long as needed to evaluate your application, contact you about it, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. Applications that are not accepted or that you ask us to delete are removed within a reasonable period.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our service providers. Where this occurs, we take appropriate measures to help ensure your data receives a comparable level of protection.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricted access for authorised team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, contact us at sem@medusamodeling.nl. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you would like your application and associated photos removed from our systems, you can request deletion by contacting us at the email above. We will delete your data unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

We use minimal cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, understand engagement, and measure marketing performance. Analytics and attribution tools may set cookies or collect device identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
